Spiced Pear Bourbon Collins

What You'll Need
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce St. George spiced pear liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce honey syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 ounces soda water
  • 1 sprig rosemary, for garnish
  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the soda water, into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake to chill, then strain the cocktail into a collins glass over ice.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
