Apple Nachos are the perfect gluten free and low carb afternoon snack to help curb your 3:00 pm sugar cravings. —Vegetarian Roots

What You'll Need
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon granola of your choice
  1. 1. Thinly slice the apple and layer them onto a plate. 2. Drizzle caramel sauce and honey over the apples. 3. Top with dark chocolate chips, coconut and honey.
  2. 1. To make this vegan, substitute honey with maple syrup
