spring onion, finely chopped
crushed red pepper
oil for deep frying
bread slice as required
sesame seeds as required
In This Recipe
Mix all the ingredients except sesame seeds, bread and oil.
Cut the bread into quarter diagonally so that it makes four triangles.
Spread the chicken mixture on the toast then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Heat the oil on medium high heat. Then add the bread slices - mixture side down. Cook until the bottom turns golden brown and the chicken is done. Then turn and fry the other side. Take out once done, serve hot.
