You have heard of Prawn Toast but have you heard of Chicken Toast, that is gluten and crustacean free, no? Here is the recipe, try it out! —Limitless Allergies
Ingredients

1 cup
ground chicken

1 teaspoon
crushed garlic

3 sprigs
spring onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon
soy sauce

1 teaspoon
black pepper

1 tablespoon
corn flour
-
1/4 teaspoon
baking powder

1/2 teaspoon
crushed red pepper

oil for deep frying

bread slice as required

sesame seeds as required
Directions

Mix all the ingredients except sesame seeds, bread and oil.

Cut the bread into quarter diagonally so that it makes four triangles.

Spread the chicken mixture on the toast then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Heat the oil on medium high heat. Then add the bread slices - mixture side down. Cook until the bottom turns golden brown and the chicken is done. Then turn and fry the other side. Take out once done, serve hot.
