A real chocolate cake that is vegan, gluten-free and still delicious... basically the perfect one! —Alessandra
Ingredients

160 grams
Dark Chocolate

120 grams
Vegan butter
-
240 grams
Apple sauce
-
125 grams
Spelt flour
-
180 grams
Caster sugar

1/2
Vanilla pod

1 pinch
salt
Directions

Preheat the oven to 200° C.

Put the dark chocolate and the vegan butter in a bowl and melt them together in the microwave.

Add apple sauce, then spelt flour, sugar, vanilla seeds and salt and mix with a whisk.

Grease a round pan with a non stick pan spray and spread the batter into it.

Bake until firm, for around 18-20 mins.

Let the cake cool completely and dust with cocoa powder.

If you want, decorate with fresh blueberries.
