My Nonna's recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 pound ground beef
- 2 pound Italian Sausage (your choice on hot or sweet)
- 1 cup pureed zucchini (1/2 medium zucchini)
- 1 cup pureed carrot
- 1 cup pureed onion
- 1 cup pureed tomato (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup pureed garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup stale Italian bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoon salt

mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing ball. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes
