Enjoy a tasty savory side of Duck Confit Stuffing to go along with your Thanksgiving Turkey. Chef Darryl's recipe is easy to maneuver with minimal steps to make sure your prep time is short and you're able to make other side dishes while this one's in the oven. —ChefDarryl

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Medium White Onion
  • 4 Celery Hearts
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 2 cups Duck Confit Pulled
  • 2 cups Mushroom Broth
Directions
  1. Start with a hot suitable sauté pan
  2. Add olive oil allow olive oil to get hot
  3. Add your chopped onion and sauté lightly for 3 minutes
  4. Add celery and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes
  5. Add duck confit
  6. Add Thyme and garlic
  7. Now add chopped or day old bread. At my restaurant Belle Harlem, we’ve decided to chop up our homemade day old bagels from our own Ink cafe.
  8. Add in mushroom stock Mix until bread had absorbed the broth
  9. Now add lightly buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
