Enjoy a tasty savory side of Duck Confit Stuffing to go along with your Thanksgiving Turkey. Chef Darryl's recipe is easy to maneuver with minimal steps to make sure your prep time is short and you're able to make other side dishes while this one's in the oven. —ChefDarryl

Fresh Thyme

Salt & Pepper

Duck Confit Pulled

Mushroom Broth
Directions

Start with a hot suitable sauté pan

Add olive oil allow olive oil to get hot

Add your chopped onion and sauté lightly for 3 minutes

Add celery and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes

Add duck confit
-
Add Thyme and garlic
-
Now add chopped or day old bread.

Mix until bread had absorbed the broth
