Easy to make vegan tofu cheese —plantbasedrecipes

What You'll Need
  • 275 grams firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Blend
  1. Press the tofu.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes or crumble it.
  3. Mix water, vinegar and spices in a bowl.
  4. Add tofu to marinade and let it marinade in the refrigerato for 2-3hrs.

Question, actually: how long will it keep in refrigerator? I don’t suppose you could freeze it? otherwise, lovely feta. Did not mention to guests; everyone enjoyed my salad. (As a new vegan: do you Tell others about food being vegan? I tend not to (knowing I’m cooking with allergies etc in mind, of course). If l say nothing, meal grid eaten. If I Tell, Pickiness rears it’s head…at times.
