Apple and chocolate cake born from the combination of two very easy Italian cakes that l love to make: "Chocolate and vanilla cake" and "Apple cake". In my family the weekend can not miss the dessert because it makes us feel happy and always in celebration. I didn't have much time today and so I thought of something that could make everyone happy. The recipe is very simple in less than an hour it turned out a delight for a snack . The main ingredients are chocolate, flour, apples, eggs and sugar.

Powdered sugar
Directions

Preheat oven to 365 F and prepare 6 inch pan with butter or baking paper

Cut the apple in slices and save in a plate

Use a stand mixer robot, add in the bowl all ingredients less the Apple and mix for five minutes untill all dough is soft.

Add half dough in the baking pan and put the slices apple in circle like you want make a sun.

Add the other half of dough and do the same with the slices apple.

Cook for 40 minutes and test with a toothpic if it is cooked.

Leave rest for 30 minutes and put the powered sugar on the top
