Author Notes

I created this while I was making cookies one time. I tasted it before I was done adding everything in and it tasted FABULOUS! That is why it is called cookie dip. It has a sweet lovely taste I really recommend. If you want it vanilla you can add a bit more vanilla extract, etc. It is so easy to make if you mess up with trying to flavor it a certain way it won't even matter because you can just make it again. I really highly recommend not flavoring it because weird stuff can happen and it takes away from its trademark taste. You can decide what you want to put this on, or just eat it plain like me lol. Try it plain first before deciding what to put it on if that is your choice. —AmazingGirlBakes

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Stick of Butter
  • 3/8 cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 3/8 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Vanilla Extract
Directions
  1. Soften the butter, don't let it get fully melted, just pretty softened or it won't be thick enough.
  2. Add in your sugars and mix in a metal bowl with a normal spoon, don't whisk or it will get stuck.
  3. Now add in your vanilla extract.
  4. Your done! It's that simple. Now just enjoy the dessert. You may put it into a different container for appearance.

You may also use a bowl scraper to mix as well.
