Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water, set aside.

In a large bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and salt. Cut in butter. Add yeast mixture, eggs and warm milk. Stir to combine into a soft dough.

Chill in refrigerator for 12 hours.

A few hours before serving, remove dough from refrigerator. Divide in 1/2. Roll out on floured bowl into about a 12" x 10" rectangle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 1/3 c. Sugar and 1 t. Cinnamon.

Roll tightly starting on the long side. Since into 1" slices. Place into greased muffin tin. Rise for 1 to 11/2 hours.

Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
