Gluten and Nut Free Snowball Cookies

Snow Ball Cookies made with sunflower seeds. They are gluten free, dairy free and nut free. Also very easy to make. —Limitless Allergies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy free butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl, mix all the batter ingredients and using your hands, combine everything until mixture resembles a coarse meal
  2. Form dough into small balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15 minutes. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. They should be still warm but cool enough to touch, roll cookies in powdered sugar. When the cookies are cooled completely, dust in powdered sugar again.

How much butter do we use?

oh I seemed to have missed the quantity of butter, thanks for asking.... it is 1/2 cup dairy free butter substitute, softened
