sticks Butter (unsalted and softened)

1 cup
Coconut oil (melted and cooled)

1.5 teaspoons
Vanilla extract

1 teaspoon
Almond extract

1 teaspoon
Salt

1 teaspoon
Baking soda

1 teaspoon
Cream of Tartar

Powdered sugar

All Purpose Flour
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl add the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt and whisk to combine, set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer add butter, oil and sugars and mix to combine. Add in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated. Add in the extracts and then slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet in 3 additions.

Bake 8-10 mins (I always under bake to 8) and remove to wire racks to cool. Frost if desired with a simple mixture of powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract and food coloring! Decorate with sprinkles if desired and enjoy!
