The cake is very light and delicate and very moist. Goes great with cream cheese frosting or ermine buttercream! —EMAN

  • Serves 10
Ingredients
  • 14 ounces flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 14 ounces Granulated sugar
  • 26 ounces Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs, large
  • 4 ounces Vegetable oil
  • 14 ounces Butter, unsalted
  • 8 ounces Buttermilk
  • 12 ounces Cream cheese

Directions
  1. Mix flour,Baking soda,Cocoa powder,Granulated sugar 2 large egg Vegetable oil and Powdered sugar mix them together and then add salt and vanilla mix all the ingredients well and then add red food coloring and all the ingredients together.
  2. Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees F in oven.
  3. For frosting mix unsalted Butter ,Buttermilk and Cream cheese beat them and your frosting is ready .
  4. Cover cake with cream cheese frosting and decorate the way you want ,like edible flowers , sprinkles ,chocolate or with strawberry
  5. Serve it with white chocolate or cookies
