Ingredients

pureed pumpkin

2 cups
rolled oats, ground

rolled oats, whole

.25 teaspoons
salt

.5 teaspoons
cinnamon

each of ground ginger, cloves nutmeg

2 teaspoons
baking powder

1 teaspoon
baking soda

sweetener (sugar, stevia, whatevs)

1 cup
plain Greek yogurt

1 cup
egg whites
-
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

.5 teaspoons
maple extract
Directions

Mix pumpkin with yogurt, extracts, and egg whites. Then add the dry ingredients in any order.

Pour into greased 8" square pan or 9 x 13. Bake at 350F 35-45 mins (or until golden brown on top.) Cool. Horde and eat it all yourself.
