Ingredients
  • Equipment
  • High powered blender
  • Cashew Cream Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for 1 hour)
  • 2/3 cup water (filtered)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Add 1 cup cashews to a bowl and cover with boiling water, allow to sit for 1 hour.
  2. Drain your cashews and add to a high powered blender, add just enough filtered water to cover your nuts and a pinch of salt and process until super smooth and creamy.
  3. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
