Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup kale or greens of your choice
  • 1/2 cup water, milk or dairy-free milk
Directions
  1. Halve your kiwi and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp. Optional: Freeze kiwi pulp and peeled banana for a creamier and thicker smoothie.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
