What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach or kale (frozen)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 6 tablets chlorella and spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon white chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of PBfit
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha
  • 1 scoop I-glutamine powder
  • 4 drops stevia
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons berries and granola (optional for smoothie bowls)
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients except toppings to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with berries and granola.
