This dish was inspired by a little Italian restaurant in Jacksonville, FL Pizza Italiano. I worked there all my teen years and love remaking the dishes at home. Penne Pasta layer with sauce and cream cheese and topped with mozzerella cheese. Comfort food at it finest! —Tiffany Audia

Box of penne pasta

Cans of spaghetti sauce

Bag shredded mozzerella cheese

Lbs of ground beef cooked and drained add to sauce.....

Garlic powder

1 tablespoon
Onion powder

1 dash
Salt

1 dash
Black pepper

1 pinch
Sugar ( to balance acid)

Ground cinnamon

8oz pack of Cream cheese
Directions

Cook pasta according to box. Drain and set aside.

Cook ground beef and drain , add beef to pan and 2 cans spaghetti sauce and add some spices like onion and garlic powder,salt, and pepper, cinnamon,sugar. Add meat and let simmer

Add meat sauce to pan,Now layer pasta, cream cheese, the rest of the pasta, more sauce and now cover with shredded cheese.
