This dish came from a southern hole in the wall restaurant in Jacksonville,Fl I cant recall the name but it was a small buffet its no longer in business. This recipe is nostalgic and will have you running for seconds! Corn and cornbread oh and cheese need I say more? —Tiffany Audia

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 Can cream corn
  • 1 Can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar
  • 1 Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 Egg
Directions
  1. Mix everything
  2. Spread in oiled dish
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 mins
