What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 8 eggs, boiled
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cups garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups water, adjust as needed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Directions
  1. Boil and peel eggs
  2. Saute onions until translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes and saute until soft.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, spices and water. Mix and let simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Gently place the boiled egg halves into the gravy and simmer on low heat for approximately 5 min.
  6. To serve, garnish with a sprig of cilantro and a sprinkle of garam masala.
