Recipe of Fried Zucchini

Simple fried zucchini is a nice delicious recipe, but now we'll make it more delicious with following recipe:
-A)INGREDIENTS
6 big, or normal size green fresh zucchini from groceries
-One egg
-Half big cup of flour
-One glass of fresh cold milk
-One third of medium size bag of grained yellow cheese from supermarket
-Salt for the end

-B)Preparation
-We wash the zucchini well and cut them into small, rounded pieces
-We put salt over them, respectively
-We put the milk in a big deep plate, or normal deep plate from the kitchen and then we break the egg, all of it, then we add the flour and mix well, so that it becomes a coherent mix
-In the meantime, we put oilive oil in the pan, to round 170 C, and we sink with a big spoon every piece of cut zucchini, well, so that it's fully covered by mix.
-Then, without delay, we start putting all pieces subsequently in the pan, and we wait until each piece is well fried.
-As soon as each piece is well fried, from both sides but not burnt, we take it out of pan, with a big tablespoon, and we put it on another flat big plate, where we've previously put two paper towels of kitchen, (having bought a packet from supermarket).
-Having repeated the above procedure for all pieces, we put them on the flat plate, with paper towel, so that olive oil is absorbed.
-Our food is ready to serve; then we spread the granied cheese as above, on them, (can be also white cheese, we've grained in mixer ourselves), and here we are!
This food is usually for summer, when we buy fresh zucchini from groceries.
