Slice the tops off each garlic bulb, drown in olive oil, salt and pepper then wrap with foil. Roast in a 225 C oven for 45 minutes
Once garlic cools, remove the cloves and place them on a cutting board. Use a large knife to scrape back and forth to create a paste. Add this mixture to a bowl and combine butter, parsley, parm, salt and pepper.
Slice baguettes in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter on the baguettes and place in the oven at 200 for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
