This is as wonderful as the Buffalo sauce you know and love, but with less saturated fat and completely dairy free. Don’t freak out over the amount of hot sauce; just make sure the one you use is on the mild side. Toss with roasted veggies, baste on grilled chicken, or use as a dip with French fries. I dip my pizza in it.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup premium tahini
  • 1/4 cup mild hot sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot
  • 1/4 cup ice-cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
  1. Whisk the tahini, hot sauce, water, and salt in a small bowl until well combined. Store in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Lovely flavor combination, instructions could use some work. Combine tahini and hot sauce, add water to achieve desired consistency, salt to taste. If you add tahini to ice cold water it will seize and you will never get a smooth sauce. Learned this the hard way!
