Indian-style Ginger tea is made by brewing black tea leaves in hot water, that is infused with freshly grated ginger root. It is then simmered with a splash of milk and optionally sweetened to taste.

Ingredients

Ginger

Milk

Tea powder
Directions

Take a pot and keep it on the stove.
Add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water into it.

Then gradually add 1 tbsp. of tea powder, 1.5 tbsp. Sugar, 2 tbsp. of crushed ginger into it.

Once the milk gets boiling, Simmer it to 10mins and serve it
