Old fashioned tuna salad with a 2020s fresh and spicy vibe! —Unda

Ingredients

Ahi tuna steak

celery stalks, diced

1/4
yellow bell pepper

1/4
sweet onion, diced

1/2 cup
celery leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons
mayonnaise

2 tablespoons
greek yogurt, drained

3 dashes
Sriracha
-
2 tablespoons
sweet pickle relish
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Salt and pepper tuna steak. Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. This step can be done 1-2 days ahead and refrigerated until needed.

Shred tuna by putting in plastic bag and squeezing until flaked. Put flaked tuna in bowl.

Combine mayo, yogurt and Sriracha. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Combine tuna, sauce, and remaining ingredients. Adjust Sriracha to taste.

This is equally delicious as a sandwich, on crackers, or by itself as a salad.
