Ingredients
  • 1 Ahi tuna steak
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 sweet onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt, drained
  • 3 dashes Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Salt and pepper tuna steak. Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. This step can be done 1-2 days ahead and refrigerated until needed.
  3. Shred tuna by putting in plastic bag and squeezing until flaked. Put flaked tuna in bowl.
  4. Combine mayo, yogurt and Sriracha. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine tuna, sauce, and remaining ingredients. Adjust Sriracha to taste.
  6. This is equally delicious as a sandwich, on crackers, or by itself as a salad.
