Brunswick Stew

Something generations in my family made and I still make. Brunswick stew. Using leftover bbq meat any kind like pulled.pork,loin,chicken, ribs, or deer meat all work great.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Leftover bbq meat
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 2 tablespoon Worcheshire sauce
- 1 cup Bbq sauce
- 1 Tomato or 1 can
- 1 Can of corn or fresh
- 1/2 Bag of frozen peas
- 1 dash Beef bouillon ( 1 cube )
- 1/2 quart Veggie broth ( or any kind)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Stick of butter
- 5-6 Potatoes ( diced like russet or any kind work )
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 dash Garlic powder

Directions
- Step 1
Add butter, garlic( diced) , and onion ( diced) to pan and saute until translucent and nice caramel color.
- Step 2
Add all other ingredients and simmer 6-8 hours in crock pot
