Something generations in my family made and I still make. Brunswick stew. Using leftover bbq meat any kind like pulled.pork,loin,chicken, ribs, or deer meat all work great.


Ingredients

  • 2 cup Leftover bbq meat
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon Worcheshire sauce
  • 1 cup Bbq sauce
  • 1 Tomato or 1 can
  • 1 Can of corn or fresh
  • 1/2 Bag of frozen peas
  • 1 dash Beef bouillon ( 1 cube )
  • 1/2 quart Veggie broth ( or any kind)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Stick of butter
  • 5-6 Potatoes ( diced like russet or any kind work )
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 dash Garlic powder

Directions

  • Step 1

    Add butter, garlic( diced) , and onion ( diced) to pan and saute until translucent and nice caramel color.

  • Step 2

    Add all other ingredients and simmer 6-8 hours in crock pot
