Something generations in my family made and I still make. Brunswick stew. Using leftover bbq meat any kind like pulled.pork,loin,chicken, ribs, or deer meat all work great.

Ingredients

Leftover bbq meat

1 tablespoon
Onion powder

2 tablespoons
Worcheshire sauce

1 cup
Bbq sauce

Tomato or 1 can

Can of corn or fresh

1/2
Bag of frozen peas

1 dash
Beef bouillon ( 1 cube )

1/2 quart
Veggie broth ( or any kind)

Garlic cloves

Onion

Stick of butter

Potatoes ( diced like russet or any kind work )

1 dash
Salt

1 dash
Black pepper

1 dash
Garlic powder
Directions
-
Add butter, garlic( diced) , and onion ( diced) to pan and saute until translucent and nice caramel color.

Add all other ingredients and simmer 6-8 hours in crock pot
