This is a super easy and delicious product that you can add all sorts of
flavourings to create a lovely soup at home.
I added lemongrass and ginger to cooked shrimp, carrots, ramps, and pea shoots. I had ramps so that's why I used them, shallots would be great too. You could also add cooked noodles, or swap the shrimp for chicken.
If you can't find fresh lemongrass there are tubes of lemongrass paste available in some grocery stores. —Tablecollective

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz jar Tomato Bliss Clarified Tomato Broth
  • 2 slices, fresh ginger
  • 2 slices, fresh lemongrass
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 handful pea shoots
  • 2 ramps, chopped
  • 6 ounces cooked shrimp
Directions
  1. Place lemongrass and ginger in a pan with the Tomato Broth, bring boil and then immediately turn the heat down.
  2. Add the carrots and ramps( if you are using them) to the broth and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add the cooked shrimp, garnish with pea shoots and serve.
