vegetarian pot stickers

This past week i have become vegetarian for a school project it may seam hard to stich to a vegetarian diet but I assure you as meat lover it wasn't as hard as you think. With beyond meat products and a whole variety of other vegetarian products it wasn't hard at all to make the change in diet. i have been eating meat my whole life and after the the first day of being vegetarian I have never felt better I have more energy now and I feel healthier.so I did some research on the vegetarian diet and after a few minuets of surfing the web I found out some interesting facts. Did you know Roman Gladiators were fed a vegetarian diet after finding this out i was more determined to stick with the diet so I made vegetarian stir fir with Toe Fu with a side of vegetarian pot stickers, I also made vegetarian pasta, falafel, Ratatui, vegan tacos with veggie ground, and i also made a a sweat potato curry with Toe Fu . after making dinner for my family all week we all have decided to try and stay vegetarian as long as possible so far its good. as a chef of course I will eat meat again if I need to taste test a dish but i think lots of people will become vegetarian so I might not need to eat meat. —Chef Jacob.

Ingredients
  • 80 grams soya beans
  • 60 grams tofu
  • 10 grams lemon grass minced
  • 3 grams cilantro
  • 1/2 piece lime rasped and juice
  • 60 grams wonton wraps about 8
  • salt to tasten

Directions
  1. pure all ingredients in Robo cupe except won ton wraps
  2. place teaspoon full of filling in wonton wraps
  3. wet the edges with water fold corners together and pinch closed store in fringe
  4. heat up vegetable oil in a pan and when pan is hot add in wontons and sauté till bottom is golden brown
  5. poor in 60 ml of cold water and add lid and turn down to simmer
  6. once water is gone add ginger and sesame and chili sauce and warm up
