It's a hearty veggie side dish great for any summer BBQ but good enough for a main course why not. Loaded with Bacon,cheese, and a homemade dressing. —Tiffany Audia

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 Bags of frozen peas
  • 1 8oz bag of Monterey jack shredded cheese
  • 1 Pack apple wood bacon ( cook in air fryer to save time) pull apart in big chunks
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Diced onion
  • 4 Boiled eggs diced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Tony's creole seasoning
Directions
  1. Mix frozen peas,cheese, and bacon, diced boiled eggs...in bowl ( Save a handful of cheese and bacon to add on top)
  2. Add all other ingredients (1 cup milk, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon Garlic powder, salt, pepper,one tablespoon creole seasoning, 1 tsp chili powder) whisk and pour over pea,bacon,eggs, and cheese.
  3. Put in bowl you will serve in.Top with a lil more cheese and bacon to look nice before you serve.
  4. Chill overnight and serve cold with any dish. Great for BBQ!
