Quail eggs

Large eggs

0.5 teaspoons
Salt

0.5 teaspoons
Pepper

Pinch
Green chilly

1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise

3 cups
Water

1 cup
Bread crumbs

Flour

1 tablespoon
Butter

1 cup
Oil for frying
Directions

Boil two large eggs.

Crack the two large boiled eggs and grate them into a plate.

Add the mayonnaise and butter. Mix

Add the chilly, salt and pepper. Mix

Boil the 10 Quail eggs and take the shells off.

Take one quail egg and roll it into the large egg batter. Roll it around and cover it in flour.

Crack the third large egg and beat it.

Dip the flour covered quail eggs into the egg.

Then cover it in bread crumbs. Then fry.
