This recipe of dipping sauce I’m sharing with you is perfect for BBQ night. The red (Jaew sauce) is perfect for grilled meat and vegetable. —Pana Napa

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Thai chili flake
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Palm/coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sticky rice crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped roughly
  • 2 tablespoons Shallot sliced thinly
Directions
  1. Melt sugar with water and tamarind paste in a pot. When it's done, take the pot out of the stove and add the rest of the ingredient. stir well and serve with grilled meat and vegetable.
