Fish sauce

Palm/coconut sugar

1 teaspoon
Toasted sticky rice crushed

Water

1 1/2 tablespoons
Tamarind paste

1 tablespoon
Cilantro chopped roughly

2 tablespoons
Shallot sliced thinly
Directions

Melt sugar with water and tamarind paste in a pot. When it's done, take the pot out of the stove and add the rest of the ingredient. stir well and serve with grilled meat and vegetable.
