Omelet with Vegetables, eggs and cheese type ''Salad''

This is an original recipe absolutely of mine, as below:
A) INGREDIENTS
-2 potatoes mid size
-1 fresh onion
-1 green fresh zucchini
-1 fresh mid size tomato
-1 egg
-grained yellow cheese
-salt, pepper, oilive oil

B)PREPARATION
-You peel the potatoes and cut them into small rounded pieces, you put relative quantity of olive oil in a pan and let them fry; while they are frying and till they are completely done, you cut the onion to small pieces and put them also in the pan to get fried with potatoes. You also cut the one piece zucchini into small pieces and add it to the pan; you let the whole mix, by also adding some salt and pepper, get fried, and in the meantime you also cut the tomato to small pieces and add it to the pan, just few minutes before previous mix is well done. When mix with all these ingredients is almost well done, you break the egg, in to the pan, and mix it so that your omelet is well done. Finally, after mixing well all this, you add the grained yellow cheese, (a bag from super market you buy), and you turn it over, until whole mix becomes a cohesive mix. You let it still few seconds get fried well.
YOUR OMELET IS READY: You serve with cold beer, in spring and summer. If you add double ingredients for it, and one more egg, it will serve two persons. The advantage of this food is that it gives you all proteins you want and need so as not to be hungry anymore.
