Kosterina's Greek Salad (Horiatiki)

This is your go-to traditional Greek Salad. It's great for a quick, simple lunch that is always flavorful and satisfying. —Kosterina

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into 1 1⁄2" pieces
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced crosswise into 1⁄4" pieces
  • 1/2 medium white onion, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 tablespoons Kosterina olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano, plus more
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 6 ounces feta, cut into thick slabs
  • 8 kalamata olives
  • Kosterina Original Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions in a bowl.
  2. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the oil and oregano; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the olive oil mixture over the cucumber mixture and toss.
  4. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and top it with the feta and olives.
  5. Garnish with oregano, and season with pepper.
  6. Top with a generous helping of Kosterina Original Balsamic Vinegar.
