A delicious Irish twist on an American staple. Not only is it simple to make, it's perfect for kids, vegetarians, or anyone looking for a tasty alternative to corned beef and cabbage. We recommend using our S.Rosen's Black Bavarian Rye, but try it with whichever variety of our rye you prefer! —StephaniePowell
Ingredients
-
2
slices S.Rosen's Bavarian Dark Rye
-
1
pack Kerry Gold Blarney Castle cheese
-
2 tablespoons
butter
Directions
-
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
-
Place the slices of bread in the skillet, allowing them to soak up all the butter. Cut the cheese into thin slices, and lay on the bread.
-
Allow the cheese to melt, then bring the two slices together and check both sides to make sure they're crisp and the cheese is melted.
