salt and pepper or steak blend

arugula

blue cheese, crumbled

Directions

Rub the seasoning into the steak.

Grill the steak for no more than 2 -3 minutes per side over high heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Assemble the sandwiches by placing the arugula on the bun followed by the steak and blue cheese and dressing.
