What You'll Need
butter beans, drained and rinsed
small tomatoes, cut in half
garlic cloves, cut in half
few sprigs of thyme
salt, pepper, chili flakes, to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 F
Make sure the beans are well rinsed if you are using the canned beans. Place them in a baking dish.
Add Tomatoes, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, drizzle the olive oil, cover and put the dish in the oven for at least 45-50 minutes.
Garnish with fresh thyme and chili flakes.
