Shrimps cooked in rice and tomato sauce

Nice fresh recipe for almost all seasons but mainly summer.
A)INGREDIENTS
-One kg shrimps
-One glass rice
-three fresh tomatoes
-olive oil
-salt, pepper, mint, curry
-half small glass red wine
-sugar

B)PREPARATION
-We peel the shrimps and put them in water to get boiled in a casserole on the stove, round 170 C for almost 15-20 min, thus get half boiled
-We squeeze the tomatoes in blender and put them in a pan, along with shrimps.-Then we add half teaspoonful sugar, the olive oil, sme salt and pepper and curry, and let all this mix get boiled for 20 min 200 C.-Then toward end and before we turn off stove we add the wine, and let mix remain on hot stove for 7 min.
-In the meantime we put in a small casserole the rice, with relatuve water and boil it well.
-When all this is ready, we serve rice and put the shrimps cooked in tomato sauce by mixing further well.
Our food is ready, simple, delicious and nutritional.-We can drink with beer mostly or Coca Cola —Aikaterini Katapodi
