The symbol of summer is juicy sweet corn ... Everyone knows this aroma from childhood. Do you know at least one person who doesn't like corn? I don’t know such people, I doubt that they exist at all.
In any case, every summer, we must cook corn. Grilling, boiling, or baking that's all good ways! A couple of cobs of young corn, some butter, garlic, and your favorite spices - this is the perfect recipe in its simplicity. —Anna Vorobiova

Ingredients
-
3
cobs of corn
-
3 tablespoons
butter (I prefer chilled, diced)
-
3
cloves of garlic, peeled
-
1 teaspoon
paprika powder
-
3 tablespoons
cilantro leaves, finely chopped
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
-
Shuck the corn: remove husk and silks. Place cobs of corn in a saucepan and cover with water. You can break the cobs in half if they don't fit on the pot. Boil until tender, 20-30 minutes in boiling water on medium heat.
-
Remove corn from water and transfer to a paper towel to dry.
-
Then place on a plate, on each cob, place a piece of butter and spread it over the entire surface. Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub the corn with it. Sprinkle with spices and cilantro. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
