Sweet Mango & Greens Smoothie

Spinach = high in antioxidants, which are converted to Vitamin A. High in Vitamin C, which protects phytonutrients, which protect against age-related diseases. Rich in flavonoids, which fight free radicals and inflammation to prevent disease and slow aging.

Mint = Digestive aid, relieves asthma symptoms, fights feelings of fatigue.

Coconut water = hydrating, contains high potassium and electrolytes for fluid regulation. —Laura

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Mango
  • 1-3 cups Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Mint (packed)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Superfood Powder (1 scoop)
  • 1 handful Ice

Directions
  1. Prepare ingredients. Skin and chop mango. Wash spinach. Remove mint leaves from their stems and rinse them with water.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth (30-60 seconds).
  3. Pour and serve immediately. Sprinkle chia seeds on top of your smoothie if desired!
