Coconut oil = contains about 50% lauric acid for heart health to prevent high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Fat content helps with absorption of minerals and vitamins, also leaves you feeling satiated.

Spirulina = full of nutrients, antioxidants, and protein. Prevents inflammation. —Laura

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Mango
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 3-4 Dates
  • 1 Lime (Juice) Squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Superfood Greens (1 scoop)
  • 2 teaspoons Spirulina

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
