This is a single-serve decadent cobbler for when you're in a pinch and craving a healthy dessert! You'll be surprised at how easy it is to whip together with virtually no time spent at all. —Manaswi2000

Flour (any flour of choice)

Oats

1 tablespoon
Honey (any liquid sweetner)

1 tablespoon
Coconut oil

0.5 teaspoons
Cinnamon powder

1 handful
Strawberries

2 sprigs
Basil
Directions

In a bowl, mix together flour, oats, honey, coconut oil, and cinnamon powder. Your crumble is ready!

In a microwave safe dish, layer sliced strawberries and some fresh basil leaves.

Top with the crumble and microwave for 3 minutes.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
