Sounds weird, funny, unhealthy but perhaps it’s not what you’re thinking! My breakfast pizza is a healthy sweet treat but definitely not sugary or cheesy 🙂 —pixiefoodtales
Ingredients

1/4 cup
Self rising whole meal flour

1/4 cup
Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons
Greek yogurt

1/4 cup
Macerated berries

Pinch
Cardamom powder
-
Teaspoon
Chopped pecans

Pinch
Cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven at 200C

Mix 1/4 cup of flour, cardamom powder and 1/4 cup of yogurt to make a rough dough.

On a floured surface roll the dough like a flatbread.

Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 min.

Take it out, let it rest for a few seconds then top it with macerated berries followed by dollops of yogurt, garnish with chopped pecans and finish a sprinkle of cinnamon.
