Hunting down the best Mangoes from a local grocery store, Asian stores, and south Asian stores has become a passion for me every summer :). As much as we love munching on Mangoes as a snack, we love making Mango Lassi Popsicles.

Easy to make and adored by everyone in the family. —FeastwithSafiya

Ingredients
  • 2 Large Ripe Mangoes
  • 1 cup Full-Fat creamy Yogurt (no Greek yogurt please)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Raw Honey or Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground Cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy Cream or Milk, optional

Directions
  1. Peel and cut mangoes into small pieces, grind the cardamom seeds in a mortar and pestle.
  2. Blend chopped Mangoes, and ground Cardamom in a large blender until smooth puree. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
  3. Pour the Mango Lassi mixture into popsicle mold, freeze the pops for at least 5 to 8 hours.
  4. Enjoy them in the scorching heat with your family and friends!!
