This is one of the easiest recipes to prepare. It is a summer, seasonal variation on traditional pico de gallo recipes. It makes a great snack or appetizer served with chips or it can be a topping on any taco or fajita. —Thyme of Season

Mangos - peeled and diced

English cucumber - diced

Firm grape tomatoes - diced

Mixed peppers - chopped (I used mixed mini sweet peppers and half of jalapeno)

Cilantro - chopped

Scallion (green onion) - chopped

Medium/large lime juiced - use 2 limes if they are small

Sea salt

Ground black pepper
Directions

Gather and prepare all your ingredients. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Transfer into a serving dish.
