Brownie in a mug is a recipe made quickly and easily at home using a microwave-safe mug and a few tablespoons of ingredients in less than 2 minutes. A perfect treat for mid-night chocolate cravings.

Take a microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of dark chocolate to the bowl. Melt it for 30-60 seconds in a microwave and then mix it until the chocolate melts properly.

Then sieve all the dry ingredients, 3 tbsp all-purpose flour, 4 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix it well.

Add 4 tbsp of milk and ¼ tsp of vanilla essence and mix until no lumps remain. Then add chocolate chips to the batter. Pour the mixture into the microwave-safe mug and top it with some more chocolate chips.

Microwave it for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Your microwave mug brownie is ready. Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top and enjoy it.
