"For a fresh frosé recipe, be sure to garnish with fruit last! Some add it to the frozen mixture and then blend, but the fruit breaks down and it doesn’t have that same refreshing taste that makes frosé so delicious and easy to drink." – Joel Gott —Emily Smith

What You'll Need
  • Frosé Ingredients
  • 6.5 cups Joel Gott Wines Central Coast Rosé
  • 7 cups Strawberry Lemonade*
  • .5 cups Strawberry Puree
  • 1 cup Aperol
  • *Strawberry Lemonade Ingredients
  • 2 quarts Lemonade
  • 1 cup Strawberry Puree
  1. PREP Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Place in a covered baking dish and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. TO SERVE Place frozen mixture (will not freeze solid) into your blender.
  4. Blend and serve immediately with your favorite garnish.
  5. ENJOY!
