Author Notes
Katleti is made from a mixture of ground beef/pork, herbs and a day old bread soaked in milk and salt and pepper. They were one of my childhood favorites and I could eat them cold right from the fridge. Traditionally they are served with creamy and silky mashed potatoes or buckwheat kasha. I love them with both. It's very easy to prepare and lasts in the fridge for few days. —Madona Giorgadze
